Hi Bob,
This list is users helping users, not our official support channel (which is
http://forum.audacityteam.org) and not our bug report and feature
request address (which you can find at
http://audacityteam.org/contact/#feedback ).
So if you write to this list, there is no guarantee that anyone on
Audacity Team will have time to see and respond to your post.
Anyone answering needs to know your version of Audacity (all three
numbers), what operating system you are using and what screen reader
you are using.
Here is the current version of Audacity for Windows
http://audacityteam.org/download/windows .
If you are on a Mac you want the 2.1.1-screen-reader version from
http://audacityteam.org/download/mac .
Exactly the same comments apply to your recent post:

Post by Bob CavanaughHi all,
I'm reposting this since I haven't received any responses in the last almost
2 weeks. About 2 weeks ago, I was using timer record and noticed that while
it was giving me a percentage, the time elapsed and remaining wasn't
displayed. Here's an example if that's not clear enough, written close to
the way my screen reader would speak it.
Audacity timer record progress
Gage: 5%
Start time: 8/23/2015 11:03:00
End time: 12:03:00
Duration: 00:01:00:00
Time elapsed: 00:00:00
Time Remaining: 00:00:00. Is this a bug?
Bob
