Using Aud. 2.1.2, on windows 8.1.
For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to overdub a file. If I open a
drum backing, or a song someone recorded, and I want to record my harmony
on it, how in the world do I do it? Driving me crazy!
thanks,
David Ritchie

There's a tutorial about overdubbing in the manual.
Unfortunately the on-line manual is experiencing some problems at the
moment, but if you open your installed manual (from the Help menu) at
the front page, then use your web-browser search function (usually
Ctrl+F) to search for the word "overdub", then you will find it.
