How to Merge Multiple Audio Files into one long audio file

http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/tracks_menu.html#align .
The imported files are now in separate tracks but spread out
one after the other. They will be joined end to end in one file
when you File > Export Audio... but if you want them to be in
one track in Audacity for editing or other purposes, do Tracks >
Mix and Render.
